Pomeranian puppy FAQ

Where are your breeders?

In South Korea, Canada and Mexico.

Which cities do you deliver to?

Major cities across the USA and Canada, plus Mexico City. See our delivery areas page for the full list.

How do I see a puppy before buying?

Book a live WhatsApp video call on our calendar. We call you from the breeder with the puppies on camera.

How old will my puppy be on arrival?

Puppies imported into the U.S. must be at least 6 months old on arrival. Puppies imported into Canada for sale must be at least 16 weeks old. Puppies from our Canadian breeders going to Canadian homes, and Mexican puppies going to Mexico City, don't cross a border.

How much does a Pomeranian puppy cost?

Pricing depends on color, size, lineage and travel route. See our Pomeranian price guide for typical market ranges; we quote each puppy individually.

How do puppies travel?

Usually in-cabin with a flight nanny to your nearest major airport, or by ground delivery for shorter routes.

What paperwork comes with my puppy?

A vet health certificate, vaccination record, microchip and the import documents your country requires.

Is there a health guarantee?

Yes, every puppy comes with a written health guarantee. We share the full terms before you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

We confirm payment details in writing before you reserve. We never ask for gift cards or cryptocurrency, and you shouldn't send those to any breeder.

Do you sell teacup Pomeranians?

We sometimes have very small Pomeranians. Teacup isn't an official size, so read our teacup health guide and ask to see the parents on your call.

Can you speak Spanish?

Yes. Video calls can be in English or Spanish.
