Shipping & Delivery

How your Pomeranian gets from our breeders in Korea, Canada or Mexico to your arms.

Shipping & Delivery

In-cabin flight nanny

For most routes, your puppy travels in the cabin in a soft carrier under the seat, with a flight nanny who stays with the puppy the whole trip. You meet at your nearest major airport. We avoid cargo holds for small Pomeranians whenever possible.

Ground delivery

For shorter distances, especially from our Canadian breeders to Canadian cities, ground delivery can be easier on the puppy than a flight.

Paperwork that travels with your puppy

  • Veterinary health certificate
  • Vaccination record
  • Microchip number
  • Import documents for the destination country (for example a USDA import permit and CDC Dog Import Form receipt for the U.S., or a CFIA permit for Canada)

Age and timing

Puppies imported into the United States must be at least 6 months old on arrival, and puppies imported into Canada for sale must be at least 16 weeks old. We plan every trip around these rules. Read the import rules guide.

Where we deliver

We deliver to major cities across the USA and Canada, and to Mexico City. Find your city for airport and time-zone details.

When your puppy arrives

Bring a carrier, a small water bowl and a towel. Keep the first day quiet. Our flying with a Pomeranian guide covers what to expect.

Frequently asked questions

Do puppies fly in cargo?

We use in-cabin flight nannies whenever the route allows, which is the norm for small breeds like Pomeranians.

Can I pick my puppy up at the airport?

Yes. Airport handoff at your nearest major airport is the most common option.

Is delivery included in the price?

Delivery costs depend on the route. We quote them per puppy before you reserve.
