How It Works

From first video call to your puppy's first night home, here's exactly what happens.

How It Works

1. Book a live video call

Choose a time on our booking calendar. It's shown in your local time zone. We call you on WhatsApp from the breeder, with the puppies on camera. Ask to see them walk, play and interact, and ask to see the mother if she's there.

2. Pick your puppy

Ask about the parents, expected adult size, temperament and vet records. After the call we send pricing, photos, records and a proposed travel plan for the puppy you liked. Take your time; we'd rather you be sure.

3. Reserve

When you're ready, we confirm the reservation and payment terms in writing before you pay anything. Never pay anyone, including us, by gift card or cryptocurrency. See how to avoid puppy scams.

4. Travel preparation

Your puppy gets a vet exam, the vaccinations required for its route, a microchip and every document the destination country requires. Age rules matter here: U.S. federal rules require dogs imported into the United States to be at least 6 months old on arrival, and Canada requires imported puppies sold there to be at least 16 weeks old. Read the full import rules guide.

5. Delivery

Most puppies fly in-cabin with a flight nanny to your nearest major airport; some arrive by ground delivery. You get updates along the way. See shipping & delivery.

6. Your first weeks together

We stay in touch on WhatsApp after your puppy arrives. Our first 30 days guide and new puppy checklist cover the rest.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to decide on the call?

No. We send records and pricing afterwards so you can decide in your own time.

Can I visit the breeder in person?

Ask us on WhatsApp. Breeders are in South Korea, Canada and Mexico, so most families choose the live video showing.

How long from reservation to delivery?

It depends on the puppy's age and the legal requirements for its route. We give you a timeline before you reserve.

See the puppies live on WhatsApp

Pick a time and we'll video-call you from the breeder, puppy in frame, so you can ask anything before you reserve.
