How getting a Pomeranian puppy in Victoria works
- Book a WhatsApp video call. Choose a time on our booking calendar. We call you from the breeder with the puppies on camera.
- Choose your puppy. Ask about parents, size expectations, temperament and health records. Exact pricing is confirmed per puppy.
- Travel preparation. Your puppy gets the vet exam, vaccinations, microchip and paperwork required for the trip. See our import rules guide for what applies to puppies coming from abroad.
- Arrival in Victoria. Depending on where your puppy is coming from, we arrange an in-cabin flight nanny to Victoria International (YYJ) or ground delivery, and you get updates along the way.
About age: Canada (CFIA) requires puppies imported for sale to be at least 16 weeks old at export, rabies-vaccinated, microchipped and covered by an import permit. Puppies from our Canadian breeders don't cross a border, so they follow normal Canadian rules. Details are in our import rules guide.
Video calls from Victoria
All showings happen live on WhatsApp video, booked in your own time zone (PST). Seoul is 17 hours (16 during daylight saving time) ahead of Victoria. A 7 pm call in Victoria lands at 12 pm the next morning in Korea, which is why evening slots work well for seeing puppies from our Korean breeders. Puppies from our Canadian and Mexican breeders are easy to see during the day.
Raising a Pomeranian in Victoria
Victoria has cool, damp winters and mild summers. Cool, damp weather suits a Pomeranian's coat, though you'll want a towel by the door. Dry your puppy right down to the skin after wet walks, because a damp undercoat can lead to hot spots. Summers are mild and great for exploring.
